Prompt.io Integration

Overview

Prompt.io combines leading text messaging functionality with powerful mobile forms, allowing insurers to communicate with policyholders, offer self-service or seamlessly transition inquiries to live support, via an end-to-end text message led experience.

As policyholders show an increasing preference towards text message-based customer service, they see the benefit of “anywhere, any-time”, instant access to information, FNOL, claims forms or the ability to make account changes. Insurers see the benefit of accelerated digital transformation, reduced live support volume and costs, and increased business efficiency.

Prompt.io enables insurers to recreate commonly used forms into simple text led mobile experiences. The integration with Duck Creek securely moves data from Prompt.io into Duck Creek so that as forms, account changes, and updates are completed, data in Duck is updated real-time.
