Roost Integration

Overview

Roost Home Telematics provides P&C insurance carriers with in-home telematics solutions.   Their Smart Leak detector can be placed anywhere in the home where there is a potential for leaking or flooding (i.e. near plumbing or appliances) The Roost Duck Creek integration kit allows Roost’s Smart Leak sensor to automatically send a message and create an incident within Duck Creek’s Claims system upon detection of a leak.

The integration kit includes a solution file with source code containing a generic email listener, Windows service for monitoring email inbox messages, the Claims custom extensions and required SQL Scripts.

Duck Creek Claims + Roost’s  smart home sensors can help insurers and policyholders mitigate loss, increase customer engagement and reduce annual claim costs.
