Technology
- Our innovative approach significantly reduced costs and improved delivery timelines during the migration of legacy claims data to Duck Creek Claim Clarity. We performed a two-way gap analysis between the legacy system and DC Claim to map elements accurately. We set up an Azure Managed Instance staging environment for claims loading and developed ETL processes to transfer data from the legacy system to staging. Additionally, we created a clone of the Clarity Silver Layer and designed ADF pipelines to move data from Azure Managed Instance staging to Clarity Snowflake. After loading the data into staging, we utilized Azure pipelines to migrate it from the managed instance staging to the Clarity Non-DCT Silver Layer. Finally, we validated the data by reviewing Clarity Gold Layer views and Power BI reports.
- Qalibre has developed a range of in-house accelerators, including tools for Rate API integration, enabling deep links for Express 3 policies, Trace Monitor, Forms Self-Service, and Duck Creek authentication. We also manage user access through Azure Active Directory Single Sign-On, enhancing both security and user convenience.
