James O’Neill is VP of Personal Lines at The Hartford. He is an experienced financial services executive with expertise in strategy, advanced analytics and performance improvement.  James is currently involved as the business integration lead for The Hartford’s Personal Lines business and technology transformation and target operating model design for the Direct to Consumer business.
