Over the last 5 years, Phil has led GAINSCO’s massive modernization effort, focusing on collaboration across the organization and touching practically every system in the company.

In 18 years at GAINSCO, Phil’s vision guided the company from being a small regional carrier writing $30mm in direct written premium to writing $300mm today. With 30+ years in the non-standard auto insurance industry, Phil knows how to achieve organizational goals by building highly effective technology teams.
