Rebecca is a Managing Director in Accenture’s NA P&C Insurance practice. She has a unique combination of industry and consulting experience having spent the first half of her 30+ year career in industry and the second half in consulting.

Rebecca has spent her career guiding clients in the achievement of business outcomes that create value through strategy development, operating model design and planning and executing transformation programs. Her functional experience spans key P&C functions including Underwriting, Product, Operations, Sales and Distribution. She has driven large scale digital transformation, launched new propositions and advised on key strategic topics & initiatives.
